Discount Magnet makes every effort to ensure you are happy with your order. If you would like to return the order, you must email us about the process before you return the products. We accept returns on products that have not been cut, decorated or damaged within 10 days of delivery. Return shipments must be delivered in the original packaging and additional packing materials may be required due to the products settling. Shipping fees for return shipping must be paid by the customer. Once we receive the return, we will examine the package and process a refund for the purchase price of the products only (original shipping charges will not be refunded). If an order is refused on delivery, the return shipping charges and original shipping charges will be deducted from refund amount. Special order and cut to order sizes are not returnable/refundable. All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Manufacturing Defect Return Policy
Discount Magnet stands behind the quality products we ship. Occasionally, the manufacturer may have a problem with quality control and ship us a defective product. If you receive a defective product, please email us about the return policy for defective products.
Discount Magnet prepares packages immediately after an order is placed and schedules the shipment with the shipping company. The majority of packages will ship the same day the order is placed. If an order must be cancelled, email us immediately to determine if the order has shipped and discuss cancellation options. Cancelled orders are subject to a 20% restocking fee plus any shipping fees incurred.
